Bargain Buy – SHIPPING POLICY

The following information sets out the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.This policy covers a range of situations and events where products will either be returned or replaced, based on several acceptable circumstances. All these circumstances and conditions are clearly listed below and defined to cover all returns and exchange, criteria.
1. Processing your Order
An email confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase.
- Returns – No items under any circumstances can be returned unless they are proven to have a manufacturer’s defect, are damaged via transit or liable fault. Any items lost stolen or damages during transit will be replaced or covered by our insurance. Open the packaging in front of the delivery person/s and then clearly inspect the products and or items for any visible damage. If you determine there is physical damage then pack the item back and request a return to sender based on transit damage, report the incident back to us immediately. You as the buyer have an obligation to report all damaged products or discrepancies in writing or by phone direct to Bargain Buy, by no later than 48 hours from receiving the item. Reports of any damage or discrepancies of products after this period, will not be accepted regardless of the reported damage or discrepancy. Please note under exceptional circumstances we may waiver this non return policy under certain circumstances, but requests must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of arrival of any product and will require the full approval of both Bargain Buy. Finally you cannot change your mind about a purchase, as we will not accept returns of your product/s, in this instance. Once you commit to a purchase on www.bargainbuy.com.au you are bound by the terms of use, return agreements and warranty policies, that govern all transactions on this website. Please note under exceptional circumstances we also may waiver this condition, but must be submitted in writing and will again require the full approval of both Bargain Buy and the vendor of sale. All returns are the responsibility of the buyer including shipping costs.
2. Shipment Processing Time
Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping.
After your payment is authorised and verified, all orders are processed within 5 days. We will contact you for some reason if there are any delays.

Bargain Buy does not ship internationally at this time. We ship domestic only – anywhere in Australia.
4. Shipment rates and delivery estimates
We endeavor to get your order to you as soon as possible. Once your order is placed, an estimated delivery time will be provided to you. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact deliver time. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order.

- Weight factor: Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simple add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.
- Due to Energy blackouts, lockouts. slowdowns, strikes and other, packages to and from our facility in Melbourne may be delayed. We appreciate your patience during this time.

5. Tracking Options
Bargain Buy with their shipping partner Shippit will provide visibility and transparency throughout the shipment process. Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you will receive a link to track your package. There will also be support provided during this transit stage.

All orders delivered within Australia automatically have tracking.
This service comes with tracking and your tracking number will be sent to you once it has been posted. If we are requested to make alternative shipping arrangements we cannot guarantee tracking and will not be responsible for the delivery of orders sent internationally.
6. International Customs, Duties and Taxes
All orders shipping to a destination outside of Australia are subject to the import duties, fees, and taxes of the destination country. Delays in delivery may occur if your package is randomly selected by your country’s Customs Department. Options Media Group Pty Ltd is not responsible for any possible customs and taxes applied to your order. We have no control over the process or additional charges associated with the delivery and importation of your order (package) into your country. We do not benefit in anyway from these chargers and we work very closely with our brokers and carriers to ensure as few delays as possible. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. You agree that you are responsible for any duty, taxes, and custom requirements or other like taxes, fees, levies, costs or expenses associated with importing products you purchase from us and shipping them internationally.
7. Damages
If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at 1300 932 258. As we are a clearance business, some items will have scratches or other cosmetic damage, that may or may not have have been clearly disclosed, on www.bargainbuy.com.au and upon purchase. 8. Missing or Lost Package
There are several reasons why a package gets lost or becomes a deliver exception. We’ve found that, more often that not, the package is either in the building or with a neighbour. Bargain Buy politely requests that customers look in common courier hiding spots and other areas. Please take a look around and let us know if you find it.
